There are two types of accommodation:

• Free accommodation (subsidized by scholarship)
• Self-funded
   

The university will provide a schedule for dormitory reservations after the student confirms the scholarship they are taking. The dormitory room type and roommate policy are determined by the university.

For students who do not receive free accommodation (self-funded), they can choose a room type based on the available rooms.

Due to room limits, there will be a deposit for accommodation, which will be refunded after graduation, ranging from 200-500 RMB. Internet access is paid monthly, approximately 20-50 RMB. Electricity fees are paid monthly, around 20-50 RMB (depending on usage).

Laundry can be paid using Alipay or WeChat Pay, self-pay (5-10 RMB) per wash. Drinking water needs to be purchased (20 RMB per refill, with a gallon deposit of about 50 RMB).

TIPS:

• Purchase a bolster from your origin country if you needed it in your sleep since they are not common to use bolster in China.
• There's no need to bring a lot of clothes since price of new clothes in China are very cheap and affordable
