Step 1: Registration with MilGEC

The initial step begins with registering with MilGEC by contacting one of our Education Counselors and completing the online registration on our website to create a MilGEC account. You can consult with our experienced Education Counselors to receive recommendations on universities, major choices, and cities that align with your interests. You can submit scholarship applications to a maximum of 3 universities.

Step 2: Upload Documents

The next step involves uploading the necessary documents according to the initial requirements for scholarship applications to the selected universities and majors.

Step 3: Down Payment Fee

In the third step, several actions are taken:

• Making the payment for the Registration Fee and the down payment for the service fee.
• Receiving information about the schedule for entrance tests and/or interviews from the university.

Step 4: Letter of Acceptance for the Scholarship

In the fourth stage, you will receive information or the result of your scholarship application, whether the scholarship is accepted and the type of scholarship awarded.

Step 5: Payment of Remaining Service Fee

In this final stage, you are required to complete the payment of the service fee and submit any additional documents needed for your departure to China.
